Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between MiniPro Network SARL and its customers for the sale of IT, networking, and video surveillance equipment on miniprosarl.com.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in CFA Francs (XAF), all taxes included. MiniPro Network SARL reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

Placing an order on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. An order confirmation is sent by email once the order is validated.

4. Payment

Payment can be made via Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money) through Fapshi, or by card through Stripe. The order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

6. Returns and Warranty

Return and warranty terms are detailed on our Returns & After-Sales Service page.

7. Liability

MiniPro Network SARL cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold, nor for delivery delays due to causes beyond its control.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Douala.
